Hi there! My name is Jayliene Marie. I am many things—a singer, songwriter, journalist, makeup artist, storyteller, and missionary. But out of all the amazing things I get to be, my favorite is being a traveler of the narrow path. I have always been drawn to the road less traveled—the places few dare to go, the stories few take the time to hear, and the love that reaches those who are lost and forgotten.

However, my story goes far beyond what draws me; rather, it’s the things that keep me that truly shed light on who I am. I am introspective and passionate, always searching for truth and meaning beyond the surface. I believe in forsaking the safe option, stepping into the unknown, and speaking the words that often go unsaid. My life is a continual series of jumping off the edge of safety and comfort—radical faith. Some may call it risky or crazy, but I liken a life abandoned to God as a life well lived.

Through my writing and my missionary journey, I want to bring light into the darkness, hope to the broken, and love to the places society has deemed an inconvenience.
